• Advisor to Home Credit Vietnam for the first ever offshore borrowing by Vietnam consumer finance company secured solely by domestic receivables

• On June 2015, Lynx assisted the company to obtain a US$50M offshore loan syndication secured by loan receivables.

International Sports Capital

• Lynx worked closely with the shareholders for debt fundraising at the holding company for acquisition financing and investments into the Club. Raised a €170M shareholder financing.

• Advised the majority shareholder and drove an operational and financial turnaround through professionalization of management, capital structure rationalization, and significant investments in on-pitch and off-pitch infrastructure.

Capella Hotel Georgetown

• Redevelopment of principal investment & a historic building in Georgetown, Washington DC into a landmark luxury hotel.

• The hotel was ranked the top 3 in the Washington DC area within 2 years of opening.

• Exited investment via a full sale to an Asian conglomerate (Rosewood Hotels & Resorts).
