Provided a receivable and invoice backed working capital facility to a Singapore start-up in the fashion/beauty social media business.
Facility was structured to meet “unbankable” borrower’s needs and repaid in full as its business scaled up.

Advised the majority shareholder and worked closely with city authorities to obtain land (worth over US$155M) and approvals for the construction of Audi Field stadium.
