Acting as the lead advisor to Bank BTN for the sale of their portfolio of distressed loans.
Performed a comprehensive portfolio analysis, formulated various sale strategies, and helped the bank select a suitable strategy that maximizes the sale price, and complies with the various regulations and good corporate governance practices.
Ran an outreach process to market the sale to various local and international investors, coordinated their due diligence, and successfully obtained bids for selected portfolios. Lynx is currently working with the bank, legal counsel, and accounting advisors on the regulatory approvals and the execution of the sale transaction.
