Rudiantara is a well known technology and business leader in Indonesia through his depth and breadth of experience and expertise across companies and industries, he is most notably known as the Minister of Communications and Information of The Republic of Indonesia in 2014-2019.
The tremendous support to the technology / startup industry in his ministry era spurred the growth of the startups in Indonesia, and has propelled Indonesia to the global map with 5 rising unicorns and counting. In Amartha, Rudiantara would play a key role in supporting acceleration of digital transformation for women-led SMEs in Indonesia.

Eddi Danusaputro is CEO of Mandiri Capital Indonesia and he has been in the finance industry for over 20 years both in Indonesia and also overseas.
He holds degrees from The Fuqua School of Business – Duke University, Universitas Indonesia and Universitas Gadjah Mada and has joined as a Board of Commissioner in Amartha to help create prosperity for SMEs and underserved womenpreneurs in remote parts of Indonesia.
Eddi believes that Amartha will be a trendsetter for productive fintech in Indonesia.

Sean Yang is a professional experienced in technology and finance since 2014 and currently serves as Investment Manager at SBI Investment.
Graduated from Muroran Institute Technology, Yang received a Monbukagakusho Scholarship from the Japanese government for his outstanding achievements in Technology.
Through Amartha, Yang will spark fresh innovations to accelerate SME digitalization that Amartha is currently striving for.

Janice Sa is the Investment Manager at Z Venture Capital. She has more than 10 years of experience in the technology industry, specializing in Business Development and Marketing. Since 2018, Janice also developed a track record of completing a wide variety of financial deals including M&A, Strategic Investment, Capital Funding as well as Venture Investment in Southeast Asia. Janice joined Amartha in order to make Amartha into a global impact investment company.

Djamal Attamimi is co-founder and CEO of Lynx Asia Partners Pte Ltd, an investment & advisory firm based in Singapore.
Previously, he was a senior Investment Banker in the region, i.e., MD Asia Head of Private Financing for Nomura Securities Singapore, MD in Deutsche Bank Singapore as South East Asia Co-head of the Capital Markets & Treasury Solutions Division and Head of Investment Banking for Indonesia. He graduated with Honors from UC Berkeley, USA and earned MBA from Erasmus Universiteit, Rotterdam School of Management, the Netherlands.
He has been a loyal and long supporter of Amartha since 2017 when the company transformed to a Fintech P2P.

Andi Taufan is an ITB graduate in Management and a Masters of Public Administration from Harvard University.
Having a strong social compassion, Taufan pivoted in creating Amartha in 2010 as a microfinance institution then transformed into a financial technology company in 2016.
Former Special Staff of The President of Republik Indonesia, Mr. Joko Widodo, and Former Consultant, IBM.
He has also received many awards such as Young Changemaker (2010), Ashoka: Penghargaan Satu Indonesia (2011), Astra: Laureate Global Fellow (2013) and Ganesha Innovation Champion Awards (2014).

Aria Widyanto believes that economic empowerment can be achieved through technology.
With a background in banking and a passion for women’s empowerment, Aria is responsible in Amartha’s risk management strategies and sustainability.
He has channelled his passions into achievements in impact and sustainability such as the YSEALI award from Barack Obama (2015) and International Alumni Impact Award (2017).
Today, Aria is an advocate for G20 Empower: Empowerment and Progression of Women’s Economic Representation for Indonesia. Aria is a graduate from Universitas Gadjah Mada and SOAS University of London in Sustainable Development, Gender and Poverty.

Hadi Wenas has deep experience building and leading 3 startups since 2012.
Graduated with a Master of Science in Computer Science from Stanford University, he decided to jump into the “bold, fast and fun” tech industry after accumulating skill sets in transforming multiple companies in his 7 years of McKinsey.
As Chief Commercial Officer di Amartha, Hadi Wenas leads the Commercial in creating business innovations for SME empowerment and elevating Amartha’s visibility as the top player in Fintech Lending industry in Indonesia.

Budhi Siswoadji has built his career in Microfinance and banking for over 25 years.
He is a Magister in Management from Universitas Pelita Harapan and is experienced in financing and micro segment empowerment in Indonesia.
In Amartha, Budhi is a Chief Operating Officer and is the backbone of the company in operations.

Ramdhan has experience for over 15 years in accounting and financial services.
He graduated from University of Indonesia and has a Certified Public Accountant. He is detail oriented and an expert in finance, audits and budgeting.
In Amartha, Ramdhan’s main responsibility is to manage and ensure the company’s sustainable finances in the long run and sustain.
