Lynx led an investment into the Capella Hotel in Georgetown, Washington DC. The project involved the redevelopment of a historic waterfront office building into a landmark luxury hotel. Lynx led the operational management of the hotel which led to the hotel being ranked in the top 3 in Washington DC within 2 years of opening.

Lynx exited the investment via a full sale to an Asian conglomerate, Rosewood Hotels & Resorts.
